The Sales Coach India, a trading name of the website rushneeksingh.com, herein referred to as “the Company,” is committed to delivering high-quality services to its valued customers. In the event that you are dissatisfied with any of the services, please contact our support team immediately at ask@rushneeksingh.com, and we will make every effort to address your concerns.
If you have followed all the necessary steps and are still unable to achieve satisfactory results with any of our services, you must contact our help group and provide sufficient evidence of having performed all required actions. Our team will assess the matter and attempt to resolve the issue. If the issue persists despite your best efforts, we will work with you on an individual basis to achieve satisfactory results. If, however, we are unable to provide assistance, we will issue a full refund.
Please note that in order to be eligible for a refund, you must apply for it within 15 days of making the payment, by contacting us at ask@rushneeksingh.com. No refunds will be issued after the 15- day period has elapsed, and no exceptions will be made.
In cases where you have opted for a payment plan, you are required to complete all payments. Cancellation of any part of the payment plan will not be allowed to avoid fraudulent activity.
Please be aware that all refunds are discretionary. If you have downloaded any training materials, such as PDFs, audios, videos, etc., and then immediately request a refund, we reserve the right to deny your request.
The purpose of this policy is to enable individuals to utilize our framework and seek refunds in the event of unsatisfactory outcomes. However, it is not intended to enable individuals to download our training material and then request a refund a few days later.
If you have made a full payment or have selected the payment plan and proceeded to download the materials, view the videos, and acquire the information, no refunds will be issued, and you must complete the payment plan if you have chosen it.
1. No Refunds will be initiated if you didn’t attend the live sessions or implement the principles/strategies shared in the live sessions.
2. An Advance Payment Amount will be Forfeited Incase of Non-Payment Of the Full Fees Amount/Next Month Fees of the Project.
He/She Will not be eligible to attend the Classes or Avail Any of Our Services.He/She will no longer be a Part of Our Batch Group & will not be able to access the pre-recorded courses, recording of the sessions, and all other project material.
By purchasing, downloading, or viewing any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our Terms of Service.
